What is the smallest SMT prototype order you accept?
1–10 pcs for prototype, no MOQ. We support both small-batch trials and mass production, including BGA, 0402 and 0201 fine-pitch placement.
What's the difference between consigned and turnkey?
Consigned: you provide PCBs and components, we handle SMT, soldering and inspection.
Turnkey: we procure components, fabricate PCBs, run SMT, DIP, test and ship — you only send the BOM and Gerbers.
What files do I need to provide for SMT?
Gerber production files, BOM with quantity per part, position map and component coordinate file.
How long does a prototype take?

Lead time below applies when components are consigned (provided by you) and excludes DFM/review time. Volume orders are quoted by quantity — express runs available on request.

  • Simple boards (consigned): 10–14 working days — factory production 5–7 days + customs 2 days + international shipping 3–5 working days.
  • BGA / FPC complex prototypes (consigned): 12–16 working days — factory production 7–9 days + customs 2 days + international shipping 3–5 working days.
What inspections do you do after assembly?
SPI solder-paste inspection, AOI optical inspection, and X-RAY for BGA when required. Plus FAI on the first article, IPQC patrol checks during production and OQC before shipment.
What if a component is out of stock?
In turnkey mode we review the BOM up front. If a part is short, we notify you immediately and suggest drop-in replacements — production starts only after your confirmation.
Do you support BGA rework and FPC assembly?
Yes — BGA rework & soldering and FPC flex-board SMT are both supported. For FPC, we need the board thickness and stiffener requirements to confirm process feasibility.
What happens if there's a soldering quality issue?
After you report it, our engineers analyze the root cause quickly. If it's our process, we agree a rework plan. If it's the PCB or components, we send an analysis report with improvement recommendations.
Do you support DIP and box build?
Yes — after SMT we can do DIP insertion, hand soldering, simple box assembly and functional testing, all shipped in one delivery.
Can you make SMT stencils?
Yes. We produce SMT stencils from your PCB files — solder-paste or red-glue stencil apertures, cut to your specifications.
